Charles Xavier Delgado

First he is NOT a 100% Real Estate lawyer. He advertises heavily in CA dental journals. He appears to have abandonded his practice. He is frequently dishoveled in appearance, unorganized, confused, yells at staff who routinely quit. His office looks like an abandonded storage unit. Nobody EVE...R answers phones. No answering machine. His new address is a UPS Storefront. He FAILED to show to court for a simple status meeting thus upsetting a judge who hit us with a $16,000 fine simply because he did not show. He went back to court to argue and the judge ruled against him again. NO malpractice lawyer will take the case because HE DOES NOT CARRY MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. I am turning him into the State Bar for conduct detrimental, failing to appear in court as attorney of record, client abandonment. They can't take away his license fast enough. No dentist....strike that....no person should ever give him a dime. I paid him cash and he never issued a receipt then claims his office staff embezzled and he attempted to double bill. Absolutely no reason why he should have a law license. Any dentist seeing his add...turn the page! Or try the other lawyer in the group who is at least honest, when not covering up for Delgado's mistakes.
