Sarah Jung Evans

As an attorney specializing in matters involving labor, employment, and corporate dispute issues, Sarah regularly advises clients on issues arising under Washington, California, and Federal law. Sarah has substantial experience in employment litigation, particularly in the areas of trade secret misappropriation and discrimination claims. Sarah has managed and participated in all phases of the pre-trial process in both employment and corporate matters, including complex and voluminous electronic discovery, motions practice, and mediations.  Sarah also provides sexual harassment training and advice regarding legal issues arising from social media and other personnel matters.

Before becoming an attorney, Sarah served in an advisory capacity as a human resources specialist for the Federal government, where she became well-versed in the rights and obligations unique to federal employees. She has experience in the administrative law sector, particularly the EEOC, where she clerked for an administrative law judge. As a legal consultant, Sarah has handled internal investigations involving sexual harassment, workplace violence, leave administration, and issues regarding ADA and EEOC compliance. Additionally, she has defended plaintiffs in bad faith insurance claims in first-party property matters.
