In August 2015, the water heater in the unit above my condo exploded. I came home to 2 inches of water in my living room and in my guest bedroom. My insurance was unwilling to pay since the Condo Master Insurance policy clearly states that the Condo HOA is responsible for any damages arising from wit...hin the walls.
