About Mark
Biography
I have been an attorney for 26 years, first in California, and then for the last 20 years in Washington. Most of my experience has been in criminal law. Being a criminal lawyer is a something I thoroughly enjoy. It gives me great satisfaction to help people out in their time of need, and give them the direction to get their lives turned around. If I can, at the same time, reduce or eliminate the judicial impact of the accusations against them, so much the better.

Contrary to the claims of some, I was neither born a long time ago, nor in a galaxy far, far away. I am in the upper middle aged category. I have been married to my wife Elaine for 24 years, and we have one son. Elaine and I enjoy golf, skiing, and casinos, and we play in a weekly Texas Hold 'em game. We just got a new Nintendo Wii, and we are spending a lot of time with it. I have begun flying lessons. (Elaine is tolerating this for now.)
