Scott Ryan Seeley

Scott is a registered patent attorney with years of experience helping inventors and companies protect their innovations. Scott’s technical expertise and knowledge of intellectual property law helps clients achieve allowance and obtain the appropriate scope of protection.

Scott practiced intellectual property law at Knobbe Martens, managing portfolios of intellectual property, prosecuting patent applications, and conducting due diligence for companies of all sizes – including Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and independent inventors. Scott has extensive experience preparing infringement opinions and conducting validity analyses of competitor portfolios. In addition to prosecution and portfolio management, Scott has experience with patent litigation and post-grant proceedings such as inter partes review.

Scott earned his law degree from the University of Washington after completing his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry.
