Ms. Rivers works proactively with her clients to develop practical legal strategies and solutions to business issues. Ms. Rivers has 20 years of combined legal and banking experience, initially serving as a vice president of commercial lending with several Alaskan banks, and more recently as a corporate finance partner at the Davis Wright Tremaine law firm in Seattle. Ms. Rivers formed Rivers Business Law in April 2003, and from November 2007 to April 2009 served as General Counsel of her largest client, a healthcare technology development and outsourcing company. As a result, Ms. Rivers brings a unique blend of legal and business perspectives when working with clients to accomplish their business goals.
