An elderly Asian woman was struck by a car crossing the street in Seattle. SPD investigated and concluded my client was at fault, crossing against a red-light. As a result, her first lawyer dropped h ... er case, and the second lawyer tried and couldn't get the case settled. She came to me about 2 years after the collision.
