Wide variety of commercial agreements, including joint ventures, service level agreements, distribution agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements and others.

Patent acquisitions and licensing, as well as a variety of IP-related matters for technology companies (including trademark counseling, web site terms of use, etc.).
