Madeline Gauthier

I have had occasion in my lifetime to consult with many attorneys on behalf of relatives needing estate planning advice. There are none better attorneys practicing in this area than Madeline Gauthier. I thoroughly agree with the comments below so I will mention just two: (1) the book that she ...wrote belongs in every home; (2) she thoroughly knows the state and federal laws relative to wills and taxes.

We just finished updating our wills with Madeline and were very pleased with her work. We had previously had her draw up our will in 2017. Madeline is very knowledgable on estate planning and taxes. We feel confident our wishes are expressed in our will and appreciated Madeline's patience with us.... She answered all of our questions and she was very thorough. We highly recommend her.

Many years ago Madeline worked with us to write our wills. We were impressed by how thorough and thoughtful she was with us, helping us to think about many issues that we had not considered. We recently hired her again to update our wills now that our children are grown.
