Kristilyn Reese

Kristilyn has represented me many times over the last two years and helped me navigate a very difficult custody case. My father had worked with her in the past and suggested I reach out to her- his exact words were "She's a pitbull and the best in the business". He was right. I divorced 8 years... ago, but have been fighting in court for custody of my youngest daughter for the past 3 years. Kristilyn helped me through a very difficult time and because of her knowledge of the law, her tenacity, and dedication to what is right, I received full custody of my daughter recently. She understands how family court works and is a well respected part of that community. She really listens to her clients and worked hard to support me and my daughter. Kristilyn handled my separation and divorce in a professional manner and dealt with a sometimes irrational and illogical spouse deteremined to not only argue the divorce but to attack my personal reputation as well. Very clear headed and focused; the only problem she had to struggle with was the Sno...homish county judiciary which seem to be overly stilted towards protecting the female side of divorice proceedings. Her written arguments were exemplary but not really thoroughly read by the court before judgements were passed. She did not "win" for me, but she did minimize the damage wrought by a determined spouse.
