I was referred to Mr. Giesler by another Family, who'd used his expertise. Every accolade given him, was exactly the service he provided me. His knowledge of Estate matters, and his attention and patience shown toward my need, was MOST impressive to me. It's RARE in these times, to have someone... focus on a Familys concern, vs EMPHASIZING what the COST might be. Long to short, I received and benefited from his service! I highly recommend this young man to all who need Estate help, and a GRACIOUS expertise!!

Mr. Jason Giesler helped me with both of my parents probate etc some years ago and he was nothing but ethical and decent. I was impressed as he was highly competent and reasonably priced. I had engaged with an attorney to help with my father's estate. She strung me along for two months, telling me filings had been made, documents "in the mail". Deadlines were coming to transfer assets and discovered she had done nothing at all. I called Jason and Madeline and they jumped in right a...way. They got what they needed from the prior attorney and had my court docs for me the next day so I could move forward with a property sale. Jason is responsive and educated me on the probate process, walking me through every step. Truly saved the day, and I cannot thank them enough. You want to hire these people, without hesitation.

My wife and I hired Jason twice to update our wills and associated docs (power of attorney for both financial and healthcare issues). He did a great job both times of listening to what we wanted to accomplish and explaining the options. He helped us navigate changes from a children's trust to a sim...pler will after our children became older. He did the work quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. The second time we only asked for some minor changes. He also provided some new (and superior) text for sections that we were not even focusing on. We really liked the changes once he explained the benefit. And he did not charge any extra for the additional work he performed. We highly recommend Jason for any legal work related to wills and estate planning.
