I argued that this was a presumption that was improper and unconstit ... utional. After winning this arguement in trial courts, I discoverd that Mr. Crediford had been convicted under the new law. I provided my beirifng and assistance to Mr. Crediford's attorneys and the 'Supreme Court agreed and reversed his conviction
