If my I485 got approved after the interview and I got the green card, will it still be conditional or 10-year?

If the marriage is more than 2 years on the date of the interview, it will be a 10 year card.

H1b requires both that the beneficiary has at least a 4 year bachelors and also the job requires at least a bachelors to be able to do it.
