Have used Stephen a couple times for Landlord-Tenant as well as Homeowner Association issues. Great whether you're a homeowner or the HOA. Very honest about your rights ...doesn't just tell you what you want to hear and waste your money. Charges small fee for face-to-face consultation but not a "c...lock-watcher" and gives a lot more time than you pay for. Fees are very reasonable for his years of experience.
