Hi Crystal: I see this review and I have been thinking about the work we’ve done so far. The work you’ve done with a few of the attorneys at our office. One thing that is very important between lawyer and client is the client being very clear about their goals. There were some things you told me could not happen, that later you told someone else to take care of. I understand that goals change throughout stressful litigation and I’m sure you would agree that there were quite a few developments throughout your case. Things like deadlines are only met with lawyer and client working together effectively and efficiently. I feel like we lost traction in our communication about the limited powers behind some motions and I know you wanted full retribution all along. But as much as you share such goals with me, I can only respond with what the law can provide. All I ever want is clarity and balance for my clients. It’s a bumpy road out there.
