Michael Allen Boswell

Michael A. (Mike) Boswell is an experienced business attorney, advisor, and litigator with over 28 years of experience. He is licensed in both Washington and California. Mike grew up in Bonney Lake, Washington, graduating from Sumner High School. He graduated with a B.A. from Whittier College (Whittier, California), where he played Division III football.  Mike attended Whittier College School of Law, where he was an editor for the law review, and graduated cum laude, in the top 15% of his class.

Mike takes pride in the fact that he has established a firm that is truly a “full-service” law firm. No matter what the needs of the client may be, we have the skills and experience to meet those needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

He is well versed in business transactions and operations, assisting companies with their formation, day-to-day operations, and ultimately the winding up of the company.

Mike’s practice also includes estate planning and probate. Estate planning is vital to secure your protection and your legacy. To assist his clients with this most important aspect of their lives, Mike meets personally with them to discuss the client’s current situation and goals and will work with the client to formulate an estate plan designed specifically with those facts in mind. If probate is necessary, Mike will work with the client’s personal representative to finalize their estate to meet those goals that have been outlined in the client's estate planning.
