Biography
I have years of experience fighting for injured workers in the L&I system, including litigating cases at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and in Washington Courts. My advocacy for Claimants has recovered millions of dollars in settlements, Board awards, and expected pension payouts.
I founded Green River Law, PLLC with the central idea that injured workers need advocates. Every worker pays into Washington's worker's compensation system and that system should support workers when they need it the most.
