FYI Wade P Bettis had his license suspended in 2007 and also was reprimanded and almost suspended for his behavior in 1998 … Wish I could give zero stars. Do not hire this lawyer. This area is a speed trap between Idaho and Oregon and the lawyer literally did nothing to defend my case. They had me wr...ite my side, submitted it, court found guilty, and gave traffic school. I could’ve done all of this myself and asked for traffic school. He didn’t even get my fine lowered even one cent. Total waste of money I didn’t have, total scam. Definitely got tricked by their “kindness”. Do not hire. Do not hire waste your money because you will not only be found guilty, and have to pay the full fine, you’ll also have to pay $50+ for traffic school. I wasted close to $800 when I could’ve just paid $$300….

I hired Wade to handle a ticket I received passing through Oregon and 2 days before trial he told me I was guilty after traveling up to fight the ticket. I have an email from him months ago stating that he could handle it and have no speeding ticket in my record... How can attorney defend you when h...e thinks your guilty..... Not to mention that the office couldn't make it to the trial and Wade disclosed this after he convinced me I was guilty and accepted a plea agreement. Steer clear of this attorney who also states there are NO defenses to a speeding ticket and he's been doing this for 40 years... He did not defend me nor did he represent me... Reviewed the evidence 3 days before trial and never supplied any discovery....
