Biography
John was raised near McMinnville and is a 5th generation Oregonian. He completed his bachelor’s degree in agricultural business management at Oregon State University. He graduated from Willamette University College of Law cum laude, and completed the estate planning clinical program while there. After spending some time at a Bend law firm, he started his own practice focusing solely on estate planning and administration. In 2024, John joined the team at Evashevski Elliott PC. John has assisted many Oregon families and individuals in preparing custom tailored estate plans and assisting with probates and trust administrations. Due to his work experience and education, he is adept at identifying and understanding the complexities of family dynamics, and truly enjoys his role in the estate planning and administration process.
