Heather Joy Turk

Heather has been practicing exclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration for her entire legal career. She began her career in the Trusts & Estates department of a national law firm where she regularly assisted in the planning and administration of high net worth estates including planning for family limited partnerships, charitable planning, insurance planning, gifting strategies and more. Her experience allows her to efficiently assist the team in planning with both conventional and cutting-edge strategies for the preservation of wealth. Heather has always loved writing and strives to create thoughtfully drafted and comprehensive estate planning and trust administration documents for each client. She also especially enjoys learning about each client’s family (and pets!) throughout either the planning or administration process.

Heather earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Oregon in 2005 and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2008. She is admitted to practice in both Oregon and California.

Away from the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children exploring the outdoors in beautiful Central Oregon.
