I met with Tony to understand the basics of my grandmother's trust and how trusts work. Tony explained the differences between Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts and how a Will plays into the scenario. He also knows the tax law behind it all and can explain the potential implications of a larger trust.... He illustrated the process from start to finish - beginning a trust, who can do what, re-assigning roles, amendments, and what happens when the Trust owner passes away. We only met for an hour, but the wisdom and information Tony conveyed during that time instilled a sense of peace and confidence in his knowledge that I did not know was possible!
