Misguided

Foster failed to file paperwork that he stated he was working on and would file on multiple occasions; he missed hearings putting me on the spot; and he requested multiple court dates but wasn't prepared to back the same legal arguments that he was confident to advance in the office as a way to move ...forward with the case before the judge. I put a lot of trust into Foster initially but then felt belittled by the responses I would get when questioning his progress after months of not hearing from him, and finally getting through to someone who would do more than take a phone message and claim Foster is "very busy". Foster lacked professionalism in his attire - tennis shoes with an often wrinkled or outdated suit - and his lack of preparation and tact didn't go over well with the judge.

we paid the price for his games

Foster is too busy to show up to your court dates. Doesnt follow through with what he promises he will/can do. He did not send us an itemized bill of where our money was paid for (we requested this for two years). The "customer service" was horride once they had our money. The lady who takes the call...s, she yells at you and does not relay messages. Foster never had time to go and talk with his client in the county jail. He tells you he did one thing and then never does it. It was great at the first meeting with him and he made you feel like he was there for you. That quickly changed. And you have to trust these people to do everything they can to represent you..... in the end, the judges were so fustrated with foster for not doing as he was to do and file one motion and waisted the courts time month after month for not doing so......it was at our cost that paid for it and the outcome was more than anyone should have to pay for. Foster knows his stuff! But for whatever reason he did not do much of anything for our case. And thats what nearly ten grand got us!
