Biography
I have been practicing law for over 25 years and I love helping families at a time of crisis. I started Non Hostile Family Law because I hated traditional family law where people had to go to Court and have an ugly battle. In my opinion, everyone loses in that case especially the children. I normally have clients divorced in 2 to 3 months and it gives me great satisfaction to see people 6 months or 1 year down the road and they are so happy and even friends with their former spouse. The kids are thriving and people have gone on with their lives without complete devastation. I do meet with both Husband and Wife in the intial consultation to explain the process if they both want to come in to see me. I only represent one of the parties in the divorce and I encourage the other party to at least get an independent attorney consultation when we get to the divorce judgment stage. I believe that the divorce should be fair and equitable for everyone. I charge a flat fee and that helps clients know exactly what the divorce will cost up front. I truly enjoy the work that I do because I am helping people in a time of crisis. I pride myself on building people up as opposed to destroying families. I do a lot of work with senior divorce which is helping people divorce after a long term marriage (20, 30 or even 50 years). I find satisfaction of helping people through this difficult time in their life. I am passionate about the work I do and feel that I truly make a difference.

Empathetic & Down to Earth
