I have been practicing criminal defense since becoming an attorney in California since 1972.  Having practiced in Los Angeles for 22 years, I certainly have earned my "chops".  I've been involved in over 20 homicide cases since I began practicing, three of them death penalty cases.  After visiting Central Oregon on vacation, I fell in love with the area, moving there in 1992.  I passed the Oregon bar in 1993 and continued the practice of criminal defense which I really enjoy!  One would have to after 42 years of practice.  I still return to Southern California to handle a case.  I have been given an A/V rating by my fellow members of the Bar.  My motto is "Every Problem Is Important".  I understand the stress and anxiety a client faces as he or she goes through the system.   I don't charge for consultations; I feel that is one way I can pay back the community being ground down by the criminal "justice" system.  Take care!!
