Law Practice Management Consultant, Educator, Technologist, and Adjunct Professor of Law. Owner: Oregon Law Practice Management (2016-present); Part-time Technology Instructor at Central Oregon Community College (Commencing Fall 2016); Adjunct Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School (Commencing Spring 2017). Former Law Practice Management Advisor with the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund (1996-2016). I am a frequent speaker, writer, and blogger on a variety of law practice management, technology, and malpractice avoidance topics. Prior to joining the PLF, I wrote articles and delivered CLE programs on law practice management topics for the Multnomah Bar Association, located in Portland, Oregon. I have been a member of the Oregon bar since 1986 and began my career in private practice.
