Biography
My practice is in a medium sized Oregon town but my firm handles cases all over the state of Oregon regarding various types of litigation, in both Federal and State courts. We also frequently associate with out-of-state law firms. We know all of the ins and outs of litigating in this state and our firm has been a fixture in Southern Oregon for over 50 years and is well known throughout the state. We also handle appeals in all courts.
I also do various types of transactional work, including estates and estate planning. We have a large and professional staff available to support us and help the clients with their needs.
I am lucky to live in a beautiful part of the Country and be able to translate my hard work ethic into results for clients.

Not surprised he was suspended
In our initial contacts thru email he assured me he was knowledgable in the law pertaining to my inquiry. When we met in person he 1) wasn't interested in the papers I brought to discuss my case. Replied last January 30, 2014I believe that I recall this client (even though it is an anonymous post). Since information she gave to me about my case is confidential, rest assured that the comments are 100% in error. Some customers simply are never happy with anything. They blame weaknesses to their cases on their attorney. I have a strong record of success and client satisfaction that speaks for itself. Therefore, I would request that such a mean-spirited review from one upset customer not reflect the true ability and ethics of me or this firm.
