I counsel businesses in a variety of industries on formation, employment, contractual, and corporate governance issues, as well as acquisitions and stock sale/purchases. I enjoy working with small business owners to identify opportunities and methods to use the law to accomplish their strategic goals. I also represent clients in real property matters, including residential and commercial real property disputes and transactions, including landlord/tenant issues. My practice is not confined to transactional work - I also assist with commercial, employment, real property, and professional liability litigation.
