For my particular situation, he did not bring knowledge or experience to the table. I was told by the person that referred him that he had been involved in these types of cases before, that was not evident to me. I started formatting my questions differently, asking "in your experience have you seen......" Yet I was still referred to speak with somebody else or direct my question to another attorney. He was not proactive, there was no initiative unless I specifically requested something be done. The impression I got was he was taking the path of least resistance to get the case over with. The path of least resistance did not get the job done!
