My ex-husband took our divorce to new levels of low down and dirty. He retained Rise Law. They filed every frivolous motion after motion after motion known to the legal system over a nearly 2 year period of time. They Intentionally attempted to drag me through the mud with smoke and mirrors, outright... lies and innuendo because the ex did not want to pay spousal support. Bryan was steady, even, knowledgeable and worked his attorney magic for my case, which was refreshing considering the non-substantive theatrics from the ex and his attorney. Mr Blodgett took my case then failed to act on the case until time for trial, asked for a postponement (though still charged me $1000+), I told him of ways my ex hid money yet he did nothing to subpoena these financial records, when we finally went to trial he was unprepared and frustrated by the oth...er attorney and failed to get me even the most basic rights as allowed by Oregon Statute. A waste of my money and emotions. It continues to cost me even though my ex is a millionaire
