After graduation in 1993, Ben accepted an associate attorney position with the law firm of Cowling and Heysell, a founding partner of Hornecker, Cowling, Hassen & Heysell. He has been a partner in the firm since 2000.
Ben's practice is primarily focused in the areas of general civil litigation and appellate practice. His practice has centered around the defense of medical and legal professionals, federal court litigation, representation of municipalities, and water law.
