Attorney Megan Withroder failed to spell my name correctly on a legal estate document, nor has she returned phone calls in my efforts to talk with her about correcting her mistake. I paid her fee which was about $700 for her to do a simple task regarding an estate document. After leaving a message, I... had to call again today which was 1 /2 weeks later. I was turned over to a paralegal who promised to reissue the trust document with my name spelled correctly. However attorney Megan Withroder has not called me back nor have my estate documents been returned as requested.
