These people are disorganized and you can't get returned calls, emails, texts or anything from them without pulling teeth. My experience with them is so bad I have been told by several attorneys now that they have caused irreparable harm to me and my legal case filed in the Douglas County court. None... of the partners is more than a couple/few years experienced, and the two I dealt with are somewhere between highly incompetent and completely lazy to get out of having to do the work and cover up their many, many mistakes. No matter if you think they are the cheapest in town, or the only ones willing to help, take it from me: this law firm is a joke and a half and you are better off running far, far away from them or it will cost you big time. If you hire this firm, expect: horrible communication, no paperwork forwarded, being left completely in the dark, only last minute efforts that are half baked (if that), having to serve your own subpoenas (late), having to remind your attorney they have passed or are about to pass important deadlines, having to WRITE your own witness questions, and WORSE -- inept handling of your concerns, lost emails, lost paperwork (including legal filings!!), lost BOXES of discovery, extra attorney fees owed by you for their incompetency and lack of follow through, and definitely expect to have to ask for anything at least five times if not dozens and dozens (even then, expect nothing but silence). There isn't enough space here to go into the amount of detail I would love to share with others looking to hire an attorney because I believe strongly these people can do others major harm if people like myself don't speak out and say something. My life is turned TOTALLY upside down thanks to their handling of my legal matters and their way of handling things in general... Be warned and please... run as fast as you can from this firm and its attorneys.
