DO NOT HIRE JESSICA WINGLER!! We hired her because she was the only one recommended (online) by the OBA. After 3 years & over $15,000.00, she STILL HASN'T DONE ANYTHING HELPFUL!! We got mad at her for not doing anything on our case so she FINALLY filed something with the courts... Her resignation as ...our attorney!! She should have her license revoked to practice law!! Absolutely horrible human being! Gave our grandchildren false hope, thinking that she would actually help them out!!

I had hired Jessica to help me with a child custody case and parenting time. I wasnt making much money at all and so therefore, was able to qualify for the modest means program ...which I thought at the time was so helpful. BUT....you know the saying.. you get what you pay for.....yeaaahhhhh....I got... what I paid for. I lost the case, regrardless of the amount of evidence I had in my favor, against the petitioner.I had so many questions (given this was my first time ever having to hire an attorney), even after the fact, now that its been a couple years later...I STILL to this day have unanswered questions regarding the case. I do not feel like Jessica adeqittally represented me, whatsoever. If I'm honest, I really think I couldve have gotten further representing myself and could have saved all that money...because REALLY, she still wasnt that cheap despite getting her on modest means. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
