Kristie is phenomenal to work with. She is very knowledgeable and very fair. Kristie was extremely diligent in registering our new trademarks and making sure we were current on our existing ones. We had other attorney's in the past that let some trademarks expire, not Kristie, she is exception...ally punctuational. We have never had a problem since she took over our trademarks. She was able to take care of our foreign ones as well. Kristie was also instrumental in helping with our international law needs. Her international law knowledge was invaluable, especially dealing with trade issues we had in Asia and the Middle East. She was very helpful in helping us understand Harmonized Tariff Codes and Incoterms. Kristie also was very helpful in guiding us through the quagmire of possible employment issues in Europe. Kristie is very good at taking exceptionally complex legal issues and translating them into layman's terms that I could understand. I highly recommend Kristie.
