Many times asked the same questions repeatedly, often seemed disengaged from my case. Sometimes that appeared to be the result of Mindy being preoccupied with the cases of other clients, other times it seemed she just didn’t put in the time and attention necessary. Ignored specific requests, leadin...g to billed hours that were unnecessary. Also at times would unnecessarily heighten the tension through language used and demands that were not made by me. While working my case, she did not affect any negotiations in my favor whatsoever. Could be very crass, which honestly would not be an issue had Mindy brought some value to the case. Overall just not in any way satisfied with my representation by Mindy Wekselblatt.

She spent the necessary time with me to help me understand the divorce process and understand my unique situation. While a passionate and effective advocate she was also understanding and flexible eno...ugh to act fairly for both parties and effectively stopped the other side from taking unfair advantage. Mindy helped me steer clear of my own potential disastrous decision making. She has saved me thousands (and perhaps hundreds of thousands) and prevented potential future litigation. I cant thank her enough. As a note I have worked with numerous attorneys (corporate and private) and have yet to find any with her passion and responsiveness.
