Katina took my case during the initial outbreak of COVID related judiciary chaos and unforeseen delays. What would have normally taken 2 weeks took almost 3 months. I hired Ms. Saint Marie for assistance with a divorce. She was unable to answer any questions during the entire proceedings. When it came to going to court, she immediately panicked after my spouse was allowed to ask some questions. She pulled me out for a minute and told me we HAD to settle as the j...udge was biased? I didn't have a say in any of it. Then later I had no income, so she agreed to allow me to pay when the spousal support kicked in. I called the office to ask a question, and was told unless I brought my account balance to zero she would not talk to me. (I owed less than $200.00) I then borrowed the money and sent a letter asking questions, she responded with her own letter 'not' answering any questions, but finding fault with how I wrote my letter and billing me for drafting the note.! UNBELIEVABLE, and soooo disappointing as I have never been through any of this before.
