For more than 20 years, I have worked with clients to resolve legal disputes in a variety of forums. Whether in a courtroom, in front of an arbitrator or mediator, before an administrative board, or at the bargaining table, I advocate for clients’ interests effectively and efficiently.

More recently, I am focused on assisting both public and private employers in resolving labor and employment related issues, in addition to representing clients with a variety of commercial and business related disputes. These business disputes include shareholder, sale of business, commercial lease, real estate, and construction defect disputes, plus any variety of tort claims.

I regularly appear in numerous state and federal courts, as well as before a variety of government or administrative agencies. My familiarity with Oregon federal court practices makes me an effective local counsel for out-of-state attorneys in federal court actions.
