GOT HIM FIRED!! ACTUALLY HE DECIDED TO RESIGN DUE TO MY CASE & COMPLAINT (BAR ASSOCIATION

Mr. Castanza didn't do anything for me and I lost custody of my baby. After I fired him he signed the Judgment and has created severe consequences for my son and I. Almost 9 years later, I'm still bound by the Judgment. My son's father continues to hit and abuse my son and I. The GOOD NEWS is...Jason... can NEVER practice law again due to my case. BE AWARE OF ANY ATTORNEY YOU MIGHT HIRE. DO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON THE LAWYER, BECAUSE IT CAN COST YOU YOUR LIFE!

Worst lawer I've had

Went to court and he didn't do anything for me. He did some copy and paste with papers, just changing the generic copys to put my name on them. Everything I ended up with was from doing it myself. I wouldn't even recomend him to my ex!!!

He didn't seem to care about what we needed from him.

When we went into court he acted as if he had never seen the inside of a courtroom before. He didn't do anything that he said he was going to do. It was as if he was very distracted. He never told us when we had hearings or when about deadlines that he had. He didn't stay in contact with us. We calle...d his office on 01/10/2012 and we were informed that he no longer practices law at that office. We have no idea how to get a hold of him to get our file to find a new lawyer to help us. We have tried every contact number he gave us and none of them are any good. I would not recommend him. We gave him thousands of dollars and we didn't get anything that we weren't already receiving. If we could do it all over again we would have hired a different attorney.
