I have practiced law in Eugene, Oregon since 2004. I enjoy delivering top-notch client service and take pride in gaining and retaining clients’ confidence. I have successfully litigated claims in state and federal courts. I am an intellectual property expert, concentrating my practice on trademarks and copyrights. I also represent employees in wrongful termination actions and counsel employers regarding proper business practices. I particularly enjoy helping clients start new corporations and limited liability companies. I gain tremendous satisfaction in guiding them on their entrepreneurial journeys.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2001 from the University of California, Berkeley with distinction in Political Science. In 2004, I graduated from Berkeley Law, earning my J.D. with a certificate in Berkeley Law’s top-rated Law and Technology Program.
