Based in Eugene, my office provides experienced and conscientious legal work to clients in all counties of Oregon. I am a frequent speaker on collection and bankruptcy issues facing creditors, as well as the specialized areas of contractor licensing, Oregon construction liens (which are known under the laws of other states as mechanics liens) and public works bond claims.

If litigation is necessary, I diligently pursue matters through to conclusion. I act as both an advocate and a court-appointed arbitrator in commercial litigation.
