Red flag

Attorneys, listen up. Customer service is key. If you respond to prospective clients in this way, I will put you on blast. There is a respectful/tactful way to assert yourself. You can be clear without being rude. Clearly I made a mistake. Communication is super important including how you respond to... others especially as an attorney who people come to in their time of need. You dont need to add insult to injury. It's as if people just don't think anyone will hold them accountable, especially online. If you wouldn't say it exactly that way(to my face) in person the way you responded to me via email or otherwise, keep it to yourself! Might want to take a refresher course on interpersonal communication. It's clear you are just an unhappy troll. If I treated my patients the way you treat clients (prospective or not), I wouldn't have a job. Remember that good bedside manner you expect out of us medical folks?! Take notes, cause I could surely school you on how to talk to people. Are attorneys like contractors (specifically in Portland) where you all have so much work that you can treat others however you want? Last thing to remember in that bald head of yours, karma is a bitc*...and I'm right here! Thanks for coming to my version of a TED talk. Lol Update: after reading other appalling reviews of you, I'm not surprised by our correspondence. Really important to read this very carefully, you work for us, not the other way around. If we choose to talk our entire session with you that WE paid for, that is our choice. You don't get to turn these reviews around and say your clients have to do anything aside from communicate respectfully. If you are rude or perceived as such by your clients, you deserve to get it back. Rein in the "holier than thou" attitude and know your place otherwise some of us will put you in it right quick. Thanks!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
