Better off with no lawyer
We hired Ed Daniels in April 2014 to help with a Trustee/Estate issue. He did not offer any legal advice, was not responsive and we found him to be very passively aggressive. Always on vacation or leaving office early. Took days to hear back from him. His lack of urgency costs us thousands of dolla...

Nice Man, But Too Passive
Mostly I liked him, but in court, he was way too passive...giving in so much to the other attorney, letting the opposing attorney take over, making no objections at all...weakening my case. He negotiated with the other attorney behind my back without me being present to know what was going on.

Replied last October 26, 2014I don't know anyone who thinks of Ed Daniels as passive. You've obviously got some issues that have nothing to do with Mr. Daniels' ability as a lawyer.
