Stewart B Myers

My husband and I hired Mr. Myers to create and file a patent on a design we created about 6 years ago. The first problem was brought or our attention by another lawyer who found out Mr. Myers sent an incomplete application, which set back our patent approval even longer. Within the last year we found... out someone has stolen our idea and is profiting off it. Since finding this out we have been trying to figure out the status of our pending patent. We have been trying to contact Mr. Myers via phone, email and the Bar Association only to hear back from no one. It has been months of trying to communicate and not sure exactly where to go from here, other than hire another attorney who can serve Mr. Myers.
