my parents both passed away 23 days apart at the end of jan 30 2022 my dad was killed in car versus pedestrian accident and my mother dies 23 days later on feb 23 2022 of health related issues. Neither had a will or ever signed anything for power of attorney due to dementia at end of mother’s life. I... hired joseph phillips for a consultation appt. He seems very knowledgeable for the time i did visit with this attorney as well as have heard nothing but good things from family member who has used this attorney in the past. I am in the middle of getting retainer fee together to have him file probate court for my parents. He’s been doing this a while and i feel like he knows what he’s doing i am going to pay him to work for me. I hope this review helps. I will post an update if possible, as soon as probate for their estate is finished, hopefully no later than the end of 2022.
