Hi my name is Brenda abarca I am writing to you on behalf of Josue vargas. Which has court today at 1pm for sentencing I am his baby's mama from the past I have one child with him a little boy name Aurelio I just want to have a few things done before you sentence him I see that he's always giving cha...nces this is now his third or fourth time around in jail for abuse not only abuse on a person but on a child as well I don't think that he should get away with a slap on his hand again I see people left and right going to prison for things like this but he's always letting getting a stop on the hand he deserves to do sometime a good couple years because obviously those other times did not help him he did not benefit from anything it don't matter how much drug class does he goes to and I'll call classes that he goes to he's always still finding his way back around in the same pattern he also abused me many times I just didn't report it and I'm not going to but he also got in a wreck with our son while he was drinking thankfully they were okay he ended up driving back without getting any contact with any police because he was able to get out of there with just a broken window he's hurting me in many ways 95% time physical please with all due respect please I hope that you take my letter and consideration he's always going back around in the same path and I think he's doing time some hard time should set him right all of us women that he has beaten in the past didn't deserve what they have gotten from him drinking or not drinking he did it both no matter what he's a disturbed and angry person and I just feel that he should get a couple of years and not a slap on the hand he's going to come right back again and have to go through the same process again how is he going to ever learn and he isn't learning because he keeps getting a slap on the hand and always getting it off freely every single time for every charge that he's ever gotten make him pay for what he's done to her especially a child that should have no excuse at all for hurting a child at all whatsoever. And this is why we have so much violence around here because nothing is being done with the violence around here they're letting people that use drugs or just stupid things that are not violent put in jail and you're letting the abuse of violence that people are killing their family members or their girlfriends and boyfriends killing each other because you guys aren't putting them in jail like they need to be I just wanted to let you know how I felt and hopefully that you can put something into my consideration with this letter thank you for your time.
