I had Paul represent me seven years ago and I was able to start a new life because of the great job he did in my case. I live in California now and needed a lawyer to represent my son in Salem. Automatically I thought of Paul I knew he could represent my son. My son now has no felonies on his reco...rd and able to continue his job and a life. Well worth the money both times! He's personally called me a couple times when I'm in California to make sure that my son in Salem is being taken care of and he was taken care of and because of him he's able to have a real life now. I was charged with 6 felonies and was looking at a possible prison sentence if convicted. After months of dealing with my court appointed attorney who made very little effort to help me, I sought the help of Mr. Ferder. When I met with his associate Zach Stern he asked me what my main goal was and I ...told him I don't want to go to prison, or have felonies on my record for the rest of my life. After months of dealing with the court system Mr. Ferder and Mr. Stern were finally able to get a plea deal that worked in my favor and I could live with. I had to plead guilty to 3 out of the 6 felonies with a downward departure, meaning when I successfully complete the terms of my 3 years unsupervised probation, I will be able to have the 3 felonies reduced to misdemeanors and have them expunged after 3 years. I was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail on June 29th 2017, but was released after serving 12 hours of that sentence. Thanks to Paul Ferder and Zach Stern I have a 2nd chance at life. If you're in trouble with the criminal justice system I highly recommend you seek the assistance of Mr. Ferder's law office. I am still mind blown by the work of this man. I called while in custody on a Thursday he told me he would be there on Saturday to talk to me. On Saturday of all days he sure showed up he told me don't worry about anything everything will be ok. Still worried he asked me do you have any questions I s...aid yes do you do miracles? He said yes he will make a miracle happen. I have 12 theft ones and a criminal history behind that. He showed up to my arraignment and told the DA this is how things were going to work and pretty much demanded my release. Because of him I'm writing this review he is so fair with his price and honestly any money he asks for is worth it. I strongly recommend anyone who is in trouble call him now. I'm so a Ferder believer. Hire him now if your in trouble!!!!!
