I work to provide all of my clients with the protections of their estate planning needs, including wills/trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, disposition of remains, and all other protections available to all individuals, married and non-married couples, as well as domestic and registered domestic partners in Oregon.

Elder Law encompasses not only those over the age of 65, but also individuals with disabilities that may allow them to qualify for government benefits. I am also accredited by the VA to assist veterans and their spouses/widows with obtaining Aid & Attendance benefits. Additionally, I assist clients to set up Special Needs Trusts in order to protect assets, as allowed by law, and to qualify for benefits.
