Neal Peton graduated from Willamette University College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2007. Mr. Peton holds degrees in philosophy and business administration. He is licensed to practice law before the United States Court for the District of Oregon as well as the State Courts of Oregon. Mr. Peton focuses on personal injury and negligence cases.
Whether it’s backpacking, car camping, sea kayaking, snowboarding, or just going for a hike, he‘s happiest when enjoying these things with his family.
When asked what motivates him, Mr. Peton said: “Growing up, I was taught a strong sense of right and wrong, and I think that transferred easily to my legal practice. The tort law is about taking responsibility for mistakes. Insurance companies aren’t always willing to take responsibility for the mistakes of their insureds. My passion is fighting hard to make the responsible party take responsibility for his or her actions. Sometimes insurance companies don’t want to do the right thing. When that happens, I love holding them accountable.”

Personal Injury
I was injured in an Automobile accident in 2015, and I was given Neal's name. Neal was very helpful with the information in making my decision to go ahead and allow an attorney to represent me. I am pleased with the outcome of the settlement and would use him again if I need an attorney.
