Luke Miller is a partner at Miller Bradley Law located in Salem, Oregon. His primary focus is on juvenile law, criminal law, and advocating for families involved with the Department of Human Services (DHS).
Prior to starting Miller Bradley Law, Luke served in the Marine Corps as an officer and Naval Aviator. After retiring from the military Luke volunteered in medical clinics within the Dominican Republic. These combined experiences, paired with a passion for service and advocating for others, led him to seek out a career in law. In 2017, Luke graduated from Willamette University college of Law and opened a private law firm called Military Disability Lawyer LLC; which, while serving clients locally on criminal and civil matters, it’s primary focus was on representing active-duty service members and Veterans. Luke continues to be sought out by other practitioners for assistance on complex military and veterans law cases. The demand for Luke’s unique skill set and experience has continued to increase and by realizing he could meet the needs of more people by partnering up and working with highly skilled associates; in 2022, Miller Bradley Law was born.
When not working Luke enjoys spending time with his three children, coaching youth sports (baseball, football and basketball), biking, and surfing on the Oregon coast.

Board Complaint
I hired Atty Miller to handle a complaint made to my professional board. I was scared and emotional and Atty Miller was kind, professional, and effective. We were victorious. My hard-earned professional license remains my own! I couldn't be more grateful for the work Atty Miller did for me!
