Kyle A. Dundas

Kyle Dundas is an excellent attorney. I received a citation for reckless driving and I was very shaken up as I'd never been in trouble before (after over 40 years of driving). I hired Kyle and from that moment I knew I was in good hands: he was calming, empathic, knowledgeable, and assertive. I liv...e in California and other than the 1st court appearance in Eugene he arranged all further hearings remotely, saving me from traveling to Eugene and all the expenses that would entail. Because of him, I got into the diversion program and after fulfilling all the obligations of the program, the charge was dismissed.
